Welcome to the St. John’s Molson Ball Hockey League
Men’s Senior league (18+)
Our summer program operates a 5 on 5 competitive ball hockey league at DF Barnes Arena, while our winter program operates a 4 on 4 competitive ball hockey league at St. John’s Recreation Center, Buckmasters Circle.
Our leagues are suitable for all levels of experience and skill, from beginner to elite.
*Golden Shield Ball Hockey is affiliated with Molson, please note that any participants under the legal age majority (19+) will not be permitted to consume alcohol. There is no alcohol permitted during scheduled games.*
