Men’s senior league (18+)

Our summer program operates a 5 on 5 competitive ball hockey league at DF Barnes Arena, while our winter program operates a 4 on 4 competitive ball hockey league at St. John’s Recreation Center, Buckmasters Circle. Our leagues are suitable for all levels of experience and skill, from beginner to elite.

Young Stars Ball Hockey

This program offers a variety of sessions providing introductory hockey and fun games for our Under 4 and Under 7 age groups to exhibition games and advanced drills for our Under 10 and Under 13 age groups. We work with each group to develop hands on skills to promote learning and development for your child to excel within the ball hockey program.

women’s League (16+)

Both our (Fall/Winter) programs operates a 4 on 4 competitive ball hockey league at St. John’s Recreation Center, Buckmasters Circle. Our leagues are suitable for all levels of experience and skill, from beginner to elite.
